I'm trying to export my video as an MP4 file with closed captions, but the captions aren't showing up in the export. I checked the Articulate Community website, and it suggests using a .vtt file. However, I can't seem to find the .vtt file when I export the video. Can anyone assist me with this?
The .VTT file needs to be exported separately from the video. If you select the video in Storyline and then go to the Options tab, to the right of the Edit Captions button you will see an Export button. From there you can choose to export your captions as a .VTT file.
