Cannot get videos to play

Hello. I can't get the video in the attached file to play on my testing site. I have 5 slides in the original file just like this one and none of them will play. They play in preview mode, although sometimes they have sound and sometimes they don't. Please help. Thanks.

Hi!

By testing site, I'm assuming you mean your content is on a web server. If so, make sure MP4 videos are enabled on the web server.

Yes, I am loading these to a web server. The videos are .wmv and those are the only copies of the videos that I have. Does Articulate do a conversion to .mp4?

If they have to be WMV, you may have to look at inserting them as web objects.

This works on my server, see here a quick test. You should check with your webmaster to verify that your server supports the video MIME type or if there are any known performance issues with video from your site.
