Hi, I am using Office 2013 32bit and I also cannot import Powerpoints. I get the attached message. I am just moving over from Adobe Captivate - where I used this feature regularly without issue. Is it possible to use Office 2013 with Articulate? Or do I need to upgrade to Office 365? Thanks very much for any help
You will notice that Office 2013 is not a supported version. However, before we consider the version as the culprit, I encourage you to try the other solutions listed.

If you've walked through all the suggestions and you are still unable to import, I would certainly recommend using a supported version.
If you'd like to share your .pptx file, I'd be happy to import the content into Storyline 360 so that you can continue your project using the trial.
