Cannot Insert Video from Website

Hi everyone, got an issue getting video into my Articulate modules and am looking for any input on possible solutions.
I am trying to insert an iframe/URL into an Articulate Module by going to Insert>Video>Video from Website. I know that the URL is good because I've had our IT guys test it on both our test server and server running our learning site and it worked without a problem and I know that Articulate Storyline is up to date, however whenever I try to insert the video it always goes to an error reading "Navigation to the website was cancelled. What you can try: retype the address"
Are there any settings that you think I might need to change or a work-around I'm missing?
Thanks in advance...

Try this code here:
"<iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.publish.viostream.com/embed/player?video=tnngzus3njts&width=640&height=360"></iframe>"
It worked for me
Thanks Michael,
I tried that code above - it would let me insert the video into the Articulate module but as soon as I went to preview or publish it, I got a different error stating "Error loading player: could not load player configuration"
That`s odd, I uploaded a testfile to my server, see here and it runs in IE and Chrome.
Really?? well, at least I know that it can work. Just need to figure out why its not working for me.
have you changed any settings on Articulate from the default in order to get it to work?
Hi Michael, Can I ask you to help me figure this out a bit more and ask you a couple of questions:
1) What windows are you running on?
2) Would you be able to show me step by step how you embedded and published the video?
1.I'm running Windows 7 and Storyline 2, Update 5 (none of this should make a difference)
2. See attached my test file, there are no 'magic settings', I just published for Web and uploaded to my server.
Thanks so much... I'm just letting my IT area know so that they can help me figure out the problem
