Cannot Open Story File - security message

Hello,

I'm new to Storyline and I’m trying to open an existing story file created by a coworker and I keep receiving this message:

The file OMDv3.story is being used by another process or you do not have the proper security permission to access this resource.

How do I resolve?

Hi, Peggy -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! Have you tried rebooting your machine? And these troubleshooting steps may also help you find improvement. Please let us know if that helps or if issues persist and we'll see what more we can do to assist!

Problem solved! Moved it off the network drive to my hard drive.
