I have a course that I need to publish as a word document. The publish goes through, but I cannot view the document and I cannot find it in the file location. I tired publishing to multiple file locations as well as shutting down and attempting again. This happened to me once before on another course. I was on a time crunch and ended up just copying over the slides into a completely new file and then published to word without issues. Are there any other options.

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing with your file.
It sounds like you are able to successfully publish with some files, but not others. Are you getting an error?
I'd recommend importing your project into a new file to see if this alleviates the issue.
