I have imported a presentation from Power Point to Storyline 360. I am having issues with the slides advancing despite being set to "by user" on each one, and triggers on each slide set to "jump to next when the timeline ends".
If you want the user to determine when to move forward, remove the "jump to next when timeline ends" triggers. With these enabled, the slide will only stay on-screen as long as your pieces on the timeline last for.
Sounds like the trigger to advance needs amending to 'onclick' or on another action other than when the timeline ends. It will automatically move forward based on this trigger.
Very easy. Set a trigger to change the state of the Next button to Disabled when the timeline starts on the slide, and another to change the state to Normal when the timeline reaches xx seconds (or when the timeline ends). I like Disabled better than Hidden - if it is hidden, it's easy for people to click on the Previous button by mistake.

Hope this helps.
Hi Jen and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
It looks like Holley and Blue have nailed it.
Let me know if you have any other questions after taking a look at your slide properties.
Thank you all, that does help.
Is there a way to ensure that the user cannot click to move forward until X amount of time has passed?
