cannot transfer my license

Hello. I have deleted storyline software from my extended computer with license as it said in your manuals, but when i try to activate this serial number on new computer, software sends me to manual activation and said: "You have been prompted for manual activation because you have exceeded the maximum number of allowed activations." Please help me
