Hi, I published a project to web, and uploaded it to a server, but when I access story.html I keep getting the spinning wheel and only the frame opens, without the main content. the same happens when I tried in Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
Tried to work according to the instructions here, but it did not help.
What could be the problem? I'm using Storyline 3.
When I look at the file locally everything is fine, and so is when I publish to LMS.

You mention that it works as expected when uploaded to an LMS, so I'm curious if you've published it for web output or LMS? Please be sure that you publish the content for web output before uploading the entire folder to the webserver.
Do you experience the same issue if you upload the content to Tempshare, or is it specific to your web server?
