I'd have to check with users on a case by case basis which will be a time consuming issue.
Is a work around being implemented for this to prevent it happening in future?
There seem to have been a few issues since the last update. I currently have one published course and the letter "i" is missing from every word it should be in, only happens on one sl de (slide)!
I also had heard the issue with the missing "i" but the example file shared with me by another user didn't showcase that too me. I'm curious if you could share a copy of your file and a link to the output?
As for the print results in HTML5, it's not something supported in Storyline 2 but that feature was added into Storyline 3/360 in addition to a number of other HTML5 updates and improvements.
I have had customers telling me Articulate Presenter not working with Chrome. If you enter your name and click okay, the results do not show. Nothing happens.
Articulate Presenter is supported with Chrome, but we have seen instances where the Flash is being blocked automatically. In that case, the course wouldn't load at all - but it sounds like only the results won't work for you? Are you using the built in Print results feature? That should launch a pop up where the results will be displayed in another window/tab - did you check that pop ups are not blocked?

I think there is a bug where they do not work in the html5 output, it may be more noticeable now browsers are blocking flash.

Print Results is not supported in Storyline 2 HTML5 output. It sounds like Chrome is defaulting to the HTML5 version instead of the Flash version. Do you know if Adobe Flash Player is enabled and up-to-date? Here's how to check.
