Articulate Storyline doesn't support certificates of completion. However, you may be able to modify the report.html file in your published output to make it look like a certificate. Here's how.
Hello. I followed the instructions in the "Here's How" certificate video. I added the Print Results button to my quiz, uploaded to my LMS, took quiz, click on Print Results. I did not get prompted for my Name. The report.html file is different than that referred to in the "Here's How" video. I need to be able to prompt user for them to type in their name and a licenses number to populate on the certificate.
