Change on state of several shapes

Hello,

I have an interaction in which the learner must select several things and not others.

I created a control shape with the following triggers:

• Change on state when all of shapes that shouldn't be selected are "normal"
• with 3 conditions: the shapes that should be selected  

What happens is that it changes whenever the conditions are true.

I tried swapping the states and the conditions but the result is the same...

Any ideas?
