Another 5 year old thread with dozens of paying customers expressing their frustrations at such a poorly designed feature which is so simple to fix - classic Articulate stuff.

Instead of asking for an update (because there won't be one) I'd like to ask WHY THIS HASN'T BEEN FIXED YET and WHY ARE YOU NOT LISTENING TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS?
