Change text in prompt popup for print results report

I'm using SL360. 

On my quiz results slide I am using the print button to generate a results report. That is working great and I have edited the html file to get the report looking looking how I want (thanks to users in another thread that i found).

Is there a way to change the prompt text in the popup box?

At the moment it just says 'Enter your name in the field below', I want it to say 'Enter your full name and ID number in the field below'.

I have text on the results screen that says to enter their name and number when prompted but I suspect that many will enter their name only expecting a second prompt for their number unless I can change the wording of the actual prompt.
