change the language e.g (from English to Spanish) in text box

Hi

I am doing one assessment, Default language is English. In assessment there is language buttons  (Spanish, German...etc)  If I select another language button the language (text) will change in text box. Same reflect with audio and end result (report) also.

Regarding the end result (report),

For example,

If i have total 5 question in assessment and user switch the language  from 3rd question, the reaction (Correct or Incorrect or Marks) of previous two questions  should reflect (continue) in end result.
