I'm creating my training modules on my local (C) drive. However, when I move them to another drive for others to view the font is changing from Arial to another. I'm attaching both for your information. See if you can figure out what's going on. I have not had this before. Thanks.
Sorry you're seeing that font discrepancy, Deborah. Happy to help!
First, are you looking to share your project with others for review, or for them to make changes to it?
If they need to view the published content: We recommend saving and publishing Storyline projects on a local hard drive (typically the C: drive). Are you able to copy your courses over to your local drive first and then attempt to launch the .exe file?
If they'll be making changes: When sharing a Storyline project with other developers in your network, we recommend this workflow to avoid loss of resources, file corruption, and other wonky behavior due to network latency.
Are you only sharing the .EXE file as you posted here? You'll need to send the entire contents of your published output folder to your teammates and they'll want to download locally to launch the .EXE file.
Hi there, Deborah. I've opened a case with our support engineers so we can have a closer look at your output. If you're able to share it, you can use the upload link in the confirmation email that was sent to you.
Hi again, Deborah. I see that you were working with Rolando on your case. If you still need help, feel free to reply back! It looks like he wanted to have a look at your Storyline project file if possible.

Let me know, I'll be here!
I need others to view them. I did save to the local drive. It's when I move them after that, that I am having the problem. What now?

Ashley,
I moved the entire file, but I am getting the incorrect fonts that I showed you. Why would they be changing?

I'll follow along with your case as well!
