whenever I change the layout on a quiz slide, the built-in quiz structure (like multiple choice etc.) moves to the top left corner of the slide. Additionally, it shrinks to a height of about 35 px and can no longer be dragged down onto the slide. Until recently I was able to fix this bug by manually increasing the height of the quiz, but this is no longer possible. This is so annoying, because now I have to recreate the slide completely new. Does anybody have advice for me how to handle this problem?

Are you creating a new quiz or editing an older course? When I create a new quiz slide, for example, multiple-choice, I'm able to change the format of the slide without any issue.
Does this happen with one specific file or multiple files?
If it's happening with multiple files, you can try a Storyline repair.
