I'm encountering a situation where I've built a course and it seems that the numbers generated by storyline seem to change for what appears to me no apparent reason. I realize that to the learner this does not matter since they will never see theses numbers but I'm using them to keep track of audio I'm recording and know exactly what slide goes with what audio track. Why do they change numbers and is there a way to fix this?
Slide numbers will change if you click and drag slides to change their placement in Story View. Did you recently move slides around in your course? If not, what were you doing in Storyline just before the slide numbers changed?
