I want to change the state of a character, however the options for what I can change the characters state into does not appear in the trigger wizard. Can anyone help?
Click the states tab (It's next the the Timeline tab) and click "Edit States". Next click the blank page icon to add a new state. Name your new state, or pick a default state. Right click on the character in the new state, and select change character. Select you new character, or new pose. When you are finished, click "Done Editing States"
The new state will now appear in your trigger selection.

I think you have to create a new state and change the character position there before you can use it.
