I don't think you can change them by default, you'd probably have to just go through and manually change the swipe next to go to previous page and swipe previous to go to next page to reverse it.
I tested changing the player buttons from Left to Right to Right to Left and noted that the swiping behavior didn't switch as well. I'll share this with the team to investigate, thanks for bringing it to our attention!
In the meantime, you can disable the Swipe gestures from the Slide properties.
Also, I noticed that your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if you would like by clicking Edit beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

Have you set the language for the course to a RTL language? if that doesn't fix it then it probably needs to be a bug/feature request
I did set the the language to RTL. it didn't help.
I think this may need adding as a bug for support
