I have created graded quizzes within Articulate Storyline. I would like to know how to change the expression of the character when the learner submits an incorrect answer. I am sure I need to create a trigger for this scenario but I cant seem to get it to work.

On slide 1.2 I would like to know how to change the expression from talking to neutral when the user submits an incorrect answer.
