I am experiencing the same issue as Heather, my characters' head is split on every slide. My DPI was already set properly. This happened to me previously with another file and was able to correct it by re-inserting the characters again. Certainly, that is my last option. Could it be that my module is widescreen? Any suggestions?
Sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty with this and I have not seen further issue past the 96 DPI with the decapitated characters before. Thanks for confirming that you are using the correct settings.
Are you just having difficulty with one file or is this with any file that you work on? Perhaps importing into a new file if the former is the issue or you may need to repair your software if the latter.

Hi Heather
do you have your DPI setting at 96DPI
That fixed it. But now I can't see anything - fonts are too small.
Hi Heather
this is the SL requirement

but I know there have been many other discussions on the forum about SL UI being small depending on the type of display you are using.

Thanks, Leslie. Importing file seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks so much for your help.
