Characters distorted with trigger "change state of"
Oct 08, 2017
I am using Storyline 2 in Windows 10. I'm using Storyline 2 as a demo (not yet purchased). I have set my computer DPI to 96 already.
When I preview a slide or project with a character's "state" changing, the image of the character is magnified and distorted to the point where heads are displaced and parts of the are gone.
Before & After the trigger are attached.
As I mentioned, I've already checked and reset the computer's DPI to 96. It's been restarted and the setting is holding. Other ideas? I'm new to Storyline, so I'm thinking it might be user error??
Thanks,
G.

Hello Gina and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Well, strange enough, I have seen beheaded characters before, but the DPI corrected the issue.
I've not seen an issue related to state changes.
Would you be able to share your .story file so that we can take a look?
Attached. It's a small project for a class. A classmate said he didn't experience the strange images I did (see previous attachments).
Thank you very much for taking a look at it.
Gina
Well Gina, I'm not seeing the issue either. Since you've confirmed that you adjusted your DPI setting, then I would recommend a repair of your software. Just let me know if you need further assistance.
