Characters having a discussion rather than a scenario

I'm trying to build a scenario with no right or wrong answers. Just showing two characters with one relaying information to the other character.  I know I have seen an example of this in this forum before but am having trouble locating it.  If someone could point me to examples, I would appreciate it.
