On the results screen there is a button to Print Results. In the preview mode, when I select that button and enter my name nothing happens. Seems that nothing is sent to the printer since no printing pop up appears.
The print feature may not work when previewing the course. You would probably want to publish and upload your course to a web server or LMS, or you could even try your course out on our Tempshare for testing.
If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:

Not quite sure I'm following. What exactly are you wanting to test on the result slide?
You should be able to preview and test your quiz in Storyline, to test the functionality.
Can you share a little more information on what you'd like to do, please?
