Chinese/Korean title

I am testing with Articulate Storyline 2. I made a PowerPoint based story project and published it as an LMS content. I set the player title as "海外生产/销售的重要性" using the (simplified) Chinese. The project file name itself is in English (Chinese Course for Greg.story). When I published, however, our in-house LMS loaded a broken module name like "??????".
When I looked into the file, index_lms.html, the title looks like this:
<TITLE>????/??????</TITLE>
In the imsmanifest.xml, there are several ??? characters:
<organizations default="????/??????_ORG">
<organization identifier="????/??????_ORG" adlseq:objectivesGlobalToSystem="false">
<title>????/??????</title>
<item identifier="????/??????_SCO" identifierref="__5gX7YowMWIU_course_id_RES" isvisible="true">
<title>????/??????</title>

Hi Greg,
This is a known issue:

Thanks Steve for sharing that here - I'll include this thread in the report filed with our QA team so that we can also update with any additional information here.
Hi Steve,
Thanks for sharing. In addition to the imsmanifest.xml file, I found the same question marks (????/??????) appeared in metadata.xml, index_lms_html5.html, and index_lms.html.
