Chrome logo is showing in Review 360 when I play a slide

Hello,

I'm a new Storyline user.  I have a slide in my current draft of my course with a character, a voiceover and a slideshow that plays while the character talks.  It looks fine when I Preview in Storyline.  When I publish it to Review 360 it shows the Google Chrome logo and at times if you click that logo it starts playing a video that is in the slide's timeline at the very end.

What the heck is going on?

Also, attaching 2 screen shots showing the issue - Google Chrome Logo present and then the video from the slide in a lightbox for no apparent reason when the Google Chrome Logo is clicked.
