I have a drag and drop activity, when the learners clicks and drags the rectangle onto a circle (attached image); however, the learners are able to click and drag the targets circles and drag them anywhere on the page. Is there any what to prevent the targets circles objects from being moved?
More info: Once the learners click and drag the circles somewhere on the page, when they release the mouse it snaps back to their location.
Thank you Pierre for your response. I just found out the ID did not use a quizzing slide, so this may be the reason why the target objects are moveable.

That's weird!
Did you use a Quizzing slide to build it up because your target should be locked. Only your drag items should move.
