Hi there, Luc. There isn't a way to change the indicator with the hotspot quiz at this time. We've seen a user-created workaround that might be helpful for you; give that a look.
In the meantime, would you be able to submit a feature request for our product development team? That way they'll be able to make better future decisions about what would work for you! It would be cool to be able to have that icon match the look and feel of your course.
