Client isn't seeing the font colors correctly - TempShare

Thanks for sharing these helpful clues. It's a head-scratcher when you're unable to replicate what someone else is experiencing, so I'm glad you reached out!

I used Storyline 3 Update 10 to publish the file for Web in the HTML5 only format. Then, I hosted the output on Tempshare. Here's a quick recap of my test:

Thank you for responding. I have an email out to the client with similar questions. I'm waiting for their response.

In the meantime, someone suggested the client might be using the high contrast accessibly setting on their machines. It's on my list to test this morning. I'll report back what I find out.

Tested the course using the high contrast settings and did NOT encounter the client’s issue. I’m going to have them do some additional testing on their side.

I took a look at your file and I'm seeing the same thing that Katie shared above.

One point of confusion for me is that you mentioned creating with black font and the developer_view.png that you shared showed black font as well.

However, when I take a look at your project file, I'm seeing white font:

From Katie's demo above, I can see that she was seeing the same thing. Have I misunderstood the question or do you see black font when editing in Storyline 3?
