The client is seeing a default system font in my course instead of the Open Sans font that is used in the course. It is also not rendering some of the "f" characters. This is Storyline 360, and it is a large project. See attached screenshot (from client).
Hi there, Tamara. Can you check if the course is using the Roboto font? Let me know if you can find out if your client is using IE 11 as well. Thank you!

Note: I ran the course on a Win 7 machine in IE 11 and it looked fine. Haven't heard from client as to what their browser/OS version/type is.
