We are experiencing this SL 360 bug with closed captions.
We created an audio layer in slide master and given access to view at anytime using a button. Now the issue was when we pause the screen and click on the button, the slide layer cc text is stacking on the top.
We can help! It sounds like this might be an issue with the Slide Layer Properties and determining which Slide Layer takes priority. It doesn't look like your file was attached. Do you mind reattaching your file to the discussion?
