Thanks for sharing your file! It looks like you may have missed checking the option to Generate Closed Captions when you created your text-to-speech audio.
When I opened the file and clicked on the audio, I saw the option to Add Captions at the top.
Once I did that, the captions were generated and I was able to preview the slide. I hope this helps!
