cloud syncing issues with storyline 2

Hi everyone!

Our company currently has a policy of storing all files on a dropbox account and that has created some issues with syncing of Storyline 2.  It won't autosave or autorecover on crashes.  

Has anyone a: had this same issue with cloud storage syncing or have you used another cloud solution without issue?

Hi Patrick, 

Are all your files stored and backed up to the cloud environment? If you're able to work on the files locally, and save locally - you could then transfer and back up to that cloud solution. Working off a network, shared drive or the cloud could be contributing to problems with latency and ultimately file corruption.
