My organisation has recently upgraded from Storyline 2 to Storyline 3 and we are now experiencing issues with the completion results of users who are using Google Chrome.
I have reviewed the publish settings, which track the course on the Summary slide of our modules (no changes occurred from Storyline 2 - 3 in our settings).
I have also completed testing in SCORM cloud using Internet Explorer and receive a completion result, when undertaking testing in SCORM Cloud using Chrome we receive an Incomplete result.
I have tested on 3 courses now, has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
Thanks for letting us know you already tested in SCORM Cloud. Since the completion reporting isn't working correctly there, that's a red flag that there may be a bug lurking in your file.
