I am able to edit the results.html file to make a certificate of my own design.
What I want to know is if there is a way to edit the pop up form that collects the user's name to include more fields to collect more data like: first name, last name, specialty, etc.
I can't seem to find the file where I can edit this.
This seems like it should be an easy solution but, just don't know where to look.
There isn't a way within Storyline to edit that pop up box, but it may be something that other users have accomplished through Javascript or editing the published output - both things which Articulate staff can not offer support for. You could ask for the users to include that type of information in a standard question type such as a short answer question.
Hopefully you'll be able to find someone to assist with what you're looking for!
