I am having no luck trying to combine zooming with my software simulation. The aim is to be able to zoom into the interaction sections so that the user can actually see what is going on, otherwise full screen size is too large.
I can get it to zoom into the simulation, but it stops before the user clicks the button so it can't zoom out at all to see the response as the window opens.
Also, how does one move from slide to slide if the zoom results in all the slides being cropped differently due to incomplete zooming?. I can't find any help with this online at all.
We are also interesting in getting this feature to work and have tried to click on your video link but it says that the file is no longer available. Can you resupply a working link please?

It sounds like you're trying to add zoom regions to a screen recording. This is a quick build in Storyline 360!
All you need to do is use the Zoom Region feature in the Insert tab. I've created a short video for you to see how to create this! Here's the link.
