Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.

We're currently not monitoring any outages in any of our services that could affect the comments section in Storyline 360. Since this behavior appears to be isolated, pleae ask your IT team to check that they have Articulate 360's endpoints added to your organization's allowlist to access all online feature included in Storyline 360.
