When I publish a Storyline module to LMS and select the Reporting and Tracking status (Scorm 1.2) as Completed/Incomplete - does Completed mean that a user has to complete slide layers as well as all slides?
Number of slides = slides (including layers). The layers aren't counted separately. So it would be you that forces a user to click a layer before they could move on if you wanted it to be like that.
Once they visit a slide (base layer) that is what is counted...so if you had a slide with 3 buttons that go to 3 layers...if the user clicked on two buttons and saw only 2 of the 3 layers...they would still be marked as complete because they visited the base slide.
If you need them to view all the layers you'd need to lock them from going to Next slide until all 3 buttons had been clicked and layers visited.
Feel free to give me a call if this is confusing
