Confirm learners watch training session.

I'm new to Storyline and to the group. However, I've been reading and learning from everyone for some time.

My challenge is I have a training I must be able to confirm volunteers have seen and viewed. It's safety information for a youth program, so I must know they have received the data.

I was using GoToWebinar, but Articulate offers so much more in the way of interactivity.

I work for a small nonprofit and we cannot afford an LMS or much beyond Articulate and GoToMeeting.

Is there an easy method to ensure specific people (who signed on to volunteer) have attended a training created with Articulate? Thanks in advance!

Hi Teri! Welcome to the Articulate family. ☺️

How is your training laid out so far? You could always include a "quiz" at the end where your volunteers acknowledge that they've reviewed the material. Using the Print Results option on the results slide will give them a report they can print, or save and email to you.

Thanks! I think that's a good idea. Granted they can print a page (most should be able to do so), that solution might work fine.

I wish I could see that "Sally Rogers" actually attended and finished a training session. It would be cool if an email or something could be sent to me when she does. Is that too ambitious? :)
