Constant Storyline Preview issues

Hi

I have just begun using Articulate Storyline to develop Training modules, and am experiencing constant problems with the 'Preview' function. I see a few others have had similar issues with video slides crashing and presenting an exclamation mark. I also have issues with slides being output in the wrong order, animations working incorrectly, and the program refusing to publish.

I've tried moving story file between network and local drives, even different computers, but the problems still exist. Occasionally the whole thing works fine, but this has been seldom.

Any ideas? It's quite an urgent matter for me as I have 11 training modules to deliver within 7 days, and we've just invested in Storyline as the favoured tool. Love it, but it's making my job quite difficult!
