Can someone help please. While editing content of a slide, my dialog box becomes empty, I could see the content on preview but not on my dialog box anymore. Thanks
If the content in your course goes missing while you're editing it, one of the first things I'd look into is that the file has not become corrupt. Some common causes of corruption are outlined here, and if you've been working off a network or shared drive that could explain what you're seeing.
I'd also check that you're on the latest update of Storyline - Storyline 360,build 3.24.17733.0 or Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0. You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline".
Thanks Ashley. I was working on a new project and was editing the state of a slide when the dialog suddenly became empty. And for me to check if it is only on that project, I also opened another project and check on the display. The story views are good except again, for the dialog box. I slept worried that my project could be corrupted (ha ha ha). But anyway, today, when I open again my SL project, surprise, all is back to normal! I cannot explain though what happened but yes, this issue is now resolved:). thanks!

You can try importing your file into a new Storyline file to try and resolve the odd behavior.
I'd also check that you're on the latest update of Storyline - Storyline 360, build 3.24.17733.0 or Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0. You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline".
