When I started the free trial, our IT admin unclicked the download for Content Library 360. Instructional videos for accessing are in YouTube format (blocked within work). I am looking for how to get back and download Content Library 360 so that I have icons, photos, characters, and images. Can you download Content Library 360 and have it integrate with Articulate 360 that is already active?
If you're unable to access assets from Content Library 360, a helpful first step would be confirming that the network endpoints are enabled. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist.
