The issue is typically around permissions. Please ask your network admin to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist for your Articulate 360 apps to work properly.
So, it's working as expected now? Just wanting to confirm because I'm unable to see the image that you're sharing. Are you replying from your e-mail client? This does not allow images and attachments to populate here in the forums.
I've opened up a support case on your behalf since you are continuing to run into an issue after following the troubleshooting tips that I shared above.

Hi - Yes it has been working fine until the last day or so.
We did have to get security to open the ports but haven't had any issues since.

Ahh, yes the image was showing that is currently is not working.
