I am attempting to convert a PowerPoint presentation which was produced as an online course via Captiva into a Storyline course. When I attempted importing the course, the audio was lost. Any suggestions? I do have the written transcript and want to do closed caption. Any ideas in that regard?
If you import a PowerPoint presentation with M4A audio files into Articulate Storyline, you may find that the audio files don't get imported. This issue was fixed in Update 8 for Storyline 2. See this article for details.

Here's how to import content from Microsoft PowerPoint presentations into Articulate Storyline.
