Converting book to Storyline Course

I am going to be converting an instructional textbook to a fully online course built in Storyline. Any ideas or suggestions from anyone that has done anything similar in the past? Mostly my concerns are how to handle longer strings of instructional text and making a format that is very user friendly for students. The text is teaching practitioners how to assess and evaluate pain and injury conditions so there will be lots of video and visuals included as well.
