Converting graded question to survey

I'm trying to make a select many where as they count their answers on 4 slides and then on the 5th they see what it reveals about them.

I swore I had this working and then I sent it out for testing and now it won't. 

I think I may have built it as a graded question and I think I should have made a survey?

Any advice?

Hi Nena,

Thanks for sharing your file! It looks like you used a Multiple Choice question type, which only allows for one choice to be selected.

While you can't convert graded questions, you can either create a Multiple Response graded question or a Freeform Pick Many and copy over the selections. Here's a neat article that can help point you in the right direction for scoring the responses!
