That page links to one about editing videos in SL. If the training videos are long, it'd be a good idea to divide them into smaller videos. For example, if a video shows multiple steps, you could divide it so each step is a separate video. You could still have the videos play sequentially so it looks like one video to the user. But having separate files gives you more options for control.

Ideally, the conversion would include more than just making the videos play in Storyline or Rise. The software should be used to provide the appropriate context for the videos.

Depending on the topic and how the videos are structured, you could also make them interactive. Search the Forum and/or the Articulate Tutorials to find more info about that option.
