Copy and paste items with their exact timeline positions

Hi, 

Is there a way to copy and paste items from one page to another and keep their timeline positions?

For example, I have a page with a lot of items whose appearances are linked to voiceover. I want to present different versions of this page (different images, colour schemes etc) to the project group. Setting the timeline every time I copy and paste the items takes way too long.
