Copy pasting shape on top of another

When you copy paste a shape or image on top of another which share the same size and position, Storyline automatically offsets it a few pixels to the lower right of the original position.
I find this "assistance" extremely counter productive, I hope devs at Articulate realise this. It's fair to say that this kind of copy pasting is done mostly when we try to create a transition between the shapes/images of the same size and position, we don't really to be reminded of having performed action ourselves by seeing the paste location forcefully altered.

Microsoft does the same, I don't think its something they would change. I think its to help you 'find' it.
I just select both and align to left and top. Sometimes you can just press the left and up arrows to aligned them.
ctrl+shift+D in SL3 and Sl360 will paste in place
